Work continues with Citizens Advice Direct

Grange are delighted to be working with Citizens Advice Direct again to develop a performance management system. This work follows on from a successful Job Evaluation project carried out at the end of 2010.

Citizens Advice Direct provides a free, independent, impartial and confidential telephone advice and information service. As a generalist advice and information service, Citizens Advice Direct aims to increase people’s access to advice and information and empower them with the tools, knowledge and confidence to resolve their issues.
